Ask yourself the following…
Are you too fabulous to be fat?
Are you tired of being on that hamster wheel of overeating then dieting?
Do you want to make a real change?
Do you believe in you?
If you answer yes to any or all of these, read on…
So, the festive party season is nearly upon us. It’s a time to get together with people you may not have seen as much as you’d like throughout the year, it’s a time when the office goes out for their Christmas party and just as importantly, it’s a time which involves eating and drinking with pretty much everything we do socially.
Have you ever gone to put your regular, non-sparkly/non-smart, clothes on in January and you can’t do the button up on your jeans and feel that sinking sense of despair followed by that rising hope that you can do this, you can lose a few pounds? So, you start on your new year resolution, you join the gym and go to the exercise classes you have to drag yourself to only to find that the weight doesn’t shift or stay off as you want it to and your good intentions fade as bad habits creep back in.
But do you ever find yourself wishing that you hadn’t indulged quite so much because you feel all sluggish? Maybe you feel guilty or regretful or maybe you wish at the time that you didn’t crave all the festive nibbles, that you had more sense of control? You may feel that you have limited options, that you can indulge and then deal with the weight gain and bad habits in the New Year or perhaps you do a little “damage control” and spend lots of the time doing your best to avoid the tempting, over indulging food and drink with these very things then playing on your mind.

The festive party season can turn into the January weight blues
There is an option you haven’t tried…
What if I suggested to you that you could still enjoy your festive season and not have to dread those January blues where your clothes don’t fit, and you feel sluggish and unhealthy? Did you know that hypnotherapy can help you:
- Get to the reasons why you over eat (such as boredom, stress or emotional)
- Get rid of bad eating habits and introduce better habits
- increase your motivation to exercise and enjoy it
- Address malformed beliefs about food
Of course, every individual is different and not everything will apply to everyone but by dealing with the key factors leading to your over eating, you can be in a position to have the freedom of choice and control over your consumption.
It is important to know that whilst hypnosis is an amazing and effective tool in helping you to change various aspects that maintain your excess weight, it is not “done to you”. What I mean by this is that you work together with your therapist to target your individual needs as opposed to the idea some have of sitting down in your therapist’s office and coming out magically transformed without having to make any changes to your lifestyle or choices. Hypnotherapy works by helping you change what you truly want to change.

This year why not decide to approach things differently and get a head start on the New Year resolution or even get rid of them altogether by dealing with your overeating once and for all BEFORE you feel the sluggish and unhealthy January feeling.
Again, ask yourself the following…
Are you too fabulous to be fat?
Are you tired of being on that hamster wheel of overeating then dieting?
Do you want to make a real change?
Do you believe in you?
If so, then I am ready to hear from you
