Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment
Initial client consultation is free of charge. This means a single consultation to discuss background information and information specific to your issue. A consultation does not include any hypnotherapy.
All hypnotherapy sessions are payable upon booking. Payment must be taken in person and cannot be taken over the telephone. Payment is made via a card machine and the following payment methods are accepted:

– V pay

– JCB
– Diners Club
– China Union Pay
– Discover
Sarah Neale Hypnotherapy does not accept cash or cheque as forms of payment.
Cancellation
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment or will still be charged for the session. This is with the exception of consultations which are not chargeable sessions although it is requested that as much notice as possible can be provided when rescheduling or cancelling a consultation appointment in order for the appointment to be offered to another client.
An appointment for consultation may be refused if an individual fails to keep a consultation appointment on more than two occasions or if they fail to attend an appointment with no prior notice.
